<description>SAM Allardyce insists he will always be his own man after claiming management is not a job for copy cats.

Allardyce has hailed Blackpool boss Ian Holloway ahead of Rovers’ trip to Bloomfield Road, claiming you have to do things your own way to succeed.

Comparisons have been drawn between the two, having both worked their way through the lower leagues to reach the Premier League, but Allardyce insists you have to be unique to be a manager.

He said: “I don’t see any comparisons between anyone.

“There is no other Sam Allardyce, there is just the one.

“There never has been and never will be another Sam Allardyce.

“Sam Allardyce doesn’t manage like anyone else.

“I am unique in my style of management and who I am and I was very fortunate to be working under some great managers as a player.

<description>A MYSTIFIED Sam Allardyce has slammed Blackburn Rovers’ ‘false start’ habit as unacceptable after watching his side throw away another winning position.

The angry Rovers boss gave his side an ear-bashing after Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Fulham as they let a lead slip for the third time in their first five Premier League games.

Chris Samba’s flicked first-half header put a then dominant Rovers in the ascendancy but, by the end, Clint Dempsey’s headed equaliser was the least the Londoners deserved.

After opening their campaign with a win against Everton, Rovers have seen leads at Birmingham and Manchester City lost and now Saturday’s collapse has left Allardyce warning ‘no more’.

He said: “I am baffled why we go worse when we get a goal in front and are playing at home.

&quot;I can’t understand it, but that is what I saw and that is what happened.

“We have been in front four times out of five and we have only won once.

&quot; That is unacceptable. It is not the way you go about your job.
