The injury-prone Australian has not featured for Rovers since September due to injury and, with his contract expiring in the summer, Grella knows his Ewood adventure is over. He told Tuttosport: “I will be released in June, next year I wil return to play in Italy.” Grella has only played 45 times for Rovers since being signed by Paul Ince from Torino in 2008.
